How to take the survey online<\/b><\/p>\n

Please click on the link below to open the survey in your internet browser. You will have access to a participant information sheet, which provides further information about the study, and will be asked to fill out a consent form before proceeding to the survey. Your answers will be treated as anonymous and confidentially. The survey is available to take in\u00a0English<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0French (but no limitation to your working languages)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

How to do the survey via Zoom with us<\/b><\/p>\n

If you select this method of participation, you\u00a0do not need<\/u>\u00a0to complete the online survey. Instead, please click on the link below, and you will be directed to a Doodle poll showing available dates\/time slots for going through the survey via Zoom with us.\u00a0Please select a slot that suits your availability and leave your name and email address.<\/b>\u00a0We have set up Doodle so that your personal information is kept confidential and we will use it only to send you a Zoom link to confirm the interview.
